Reklamsız sürümü aldım ama reklamlar duruyor
Önce oyunu tamamen kapatıp yeniden açın. Düzelmezse Ayarlar → Satın alımları geri yükleye dokunun. Satın alma mağaza hesabınıza bağlıdır; satın aldığınız Apple ID ya da Google hesabıyla giriş yapmış olmanız gerekir.
Yeni telefona geçtim, reklamsız sürüm gelmedi
Aynı mağaza hesabıyla açtığınızda hakkınız kendiliğinden geri gelir. Gelmezse Ayarlar → Satın alımları geri yükleyi kullanın.
Tek istisna platform değişimidir: Google Play'den alınan bir ürün App Store'a geçmez, iki mağazanın birbirinden haberi yoktur.
İlerlemem kayboldu
İlerleme yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır; sunucuda kopyası yoktur. Uygulamayı sildiyseniz ilerleme de silinmiştir. Cihaz yedeğiniz açıksa (iCloud ya da Google yedekleme) yedekten dönen kurulumla birlikte geri gelebilir.
İlerlemeyi sıfırlamak istiyorum
Ayarlar → İlerlemeyi sıfırla. Bütün yıldızlar, süreler, coin ve zorluk seviyeniz başa döner. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.
Akşam hatırlatması gelmiyor
Sırayla bakın: oyunda Ayarlar → Günlük hatırlatma açık mı; telefonun kendi ayarlarında Puzzlore'a bildirim izni verilmiş mi; pil tasarrufu ya da "uygulamayı uyut" gibi bir kısıtlama var mı. Bazı Android üreticileri arka plandaki hatırlatmaları agresif biçimde kısıtlar.
Coin nasıl kazanılır?
Bölümleri bitirerek kazanılır ve ne kadar aldığınız yıldıza bağlıdır: her yıldız 15 coin, bir bölümü ilk kez bitirdiğinizde ayrıca 25 coin. Coin'iniz bittiğinde kısa bir reklam izleyip de kazanabilirsiniz — bu tamamen isteğe bağlıdır. Coin gerçek parayla satılmaz.

Frequently asked questions
I bought the ad-free version but ads are still showing
Close the game completely and open it again. If that doesn't help, tap Settings → Restore purchases. The purchase belongs to your store account, so you need to be signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with.
I switched phones and the ad-free version didn't come along
Opening the game with the same store account restores it automatically. If it doesn't, use Settings → Restore purchases.
The one exception is switching platforms: a purchase made on Google Play does not carry over to the App Store. The two stores don't know about each other.
I lost my progress
Progress is stored only on your device; we keep no copy on a server. If you deleted the app, the progress went with it. If device backup is enabled (iCloud or Google Backup), it may return with a restored install.
I want to reset my progress
Settings → Reset progress. All stars, times, coins and your difficulty level go back to the start. This cannot be undone.
The evening reminder isn't arriving
Check in order: is Settings → Daily reminder on in the game; has Puzzlore been granted notification permission in your phone's own settings; is there a battery saver or "put app to sleep" restriction. Some Android manufacturers throttle background reminders aggressively.
How do I earn coins?
By finishing levels, and how many you get depends on your stars: 15 coins per star, plus 25 the first time you clear a level. When you run out, you can also watch a short ad to earn some — entirely up to you. Coins are never sold for real money.
